Anyone can help! If you have family or friends going to the event, why not ask if they would like to help out as we are recruiting marshals to help on all areas of the event.

A big thank you goes to all the people that volunteered their time to help out at the events in 2009. Without people offering their time and personal skills, events such as triathlon/marathon would just not happen in the UK. Thank you again and we hope to see you again in 2010.
